"Noboribetsu is located in a hot spring-rich area, known for its healing properties. The water temperature is very high here, between 50 and 100 degrees: we measure it every day to ensure our customers can take full advantage of these springs."

Kazuya Omiya manages the nine different Onsen springs in Noboribetsu. His job entails constantly supplying the hot springs to hotels and ryokans, i.e. traditional Japanese inns.
